Sodexo expands InReach’s offerings with the acquisition of A.H. Management

Sodexo will reportedly expand InReach's product offerings in the rapidly expanding North American convenience sector by acquiring A.H. Management, the leading provider of convenience solutions in Chicago.

Apparently, Sodexo will increase its convenience offering by strengthening its territorial footprint in North America and accelerating its food transformation plan to satisfy rapidly changing customer wants and behaviors in hybrid working settings. This most recent action follows Sodexo's objective to revamp on-site food offerings and update current food models.

According to the reports, this new acquisition of A.H. Management signifies another step forward in Sodexo's North American food revolution. The deal follows the acquisition of Frontline Food Services in 2022, as well as the food tech startup Foodee and the commissary kitchen concept Nourish. Inc in 2021.

The report further cites that, by acquiring A.H. Management, Sodexo will complement and widen its multi-channel offerings through InReach, including pantry, micro-markets, office coffee, catering, water, vending,  fresh food, and on-site food services in Northern Illinois, the Midwest, and Southern Wisconsin, as well as the metropolitan areas across  Chicago and Milwaukee.

Sources reveal that the acquisition is anticipated to close in the coming months.
